Shipping policy
We ship nationwide via Courier. The shipping is an additional cost of R110.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed by 10 am dispatch same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am dispatch the following working day. Weekend orders will ship on a Monday.
*Shipping lead times calculated from time of dispatch. Bank Transfer orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code & tracking link. You will also be notified when the parcel is out for delivery.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/ change the sale in accordance with the Returns Policy.
